Dear Room 4 - Nature Everyday

Dear Room 4.

My name is Harry and I am 8 years old. Mrs T is my mum. I go to Pillans Point school but only 4 days a week. On Thursday's I go to Nature School. We have so much fun at Nature Kids and we learn at the same time.

I went to the beach with mum and my friend yesterday and I could name the anemones in the rock pools and also the crabs we saw. I love nature so much! The best thing about nature is that it is everywhere and it helps you to stop and relax. I have my lunch up a tree every time I'm at Nature Kids and I wish I could do that every day.

Kathy, my teacher at Nature Kids has started something new, called "Nature Everyday". She has made it for classes like Room 4 to use so you can experience nature every day too. You get to go outside each day and take a card and do an activity or something else. Every day is a surprise.

I can't wait to hear about what you do. Please, can you let me know? Today, mum said you are going to make Nature Notebooks. Take care and enjoy learning about papatūānuku - I've been doing Nature Kids for 1 year now and I absolutely love it!
