Wellbeing Wanders

Taking time to connect with nature is one of the best things we can do for our health and wellbeing, and for our kids. Time in nature is important to unplug from technology and really connect with ourselves and each other.

Find out how I can help you, your family, friends and your teams connect with nature and reconnect with ourselves for improved wellbeing.

Wellbeing wanders from families

Being in nature promotes a sense of joy and wonder. It encourages curiosity and creativity. It helps build confidence, resilience, and improves mental, emotional, social and physical health.

When we connect with and experience nature we naturally learn about, understand and fall in love with it, and this love translates to caring and protecting nature, which it needs now more than ever.

Wellbeing wanders + family

Nature has been a constant source of calm, and connection in my life. I’ve personally experienced the phenomenal healing power and the absolute joy of being in nature, many, many times over. As such, I love sharing the magic of nature with kids of all ages (that’s you too, adults) and seeing the enormous benefits that come out of those experiences.

Join me to, connect with nature, reconnect with yourself.

There are a number of ways I can work with you, your family, friends and your business to help you connect with nature and reconnect with yourself for improved wellbeing.

My guided walks and nature connection experiences are based in stunning settings around the Bay of Plenty - in lush native bush, near rivers and streams, and the sea.
